Our Story

Fernhill Flowers was sown from a dream of blending a love for growing flowers with a desire to create something for others to enjoy.

Taking root as a humble backyard cut flower garden in 2024, Fernhill provided seasonal, locally-grown bouquets to the community at our little farm stand at the end of the driveway. One request led to another and we began growing and arranging our flowers for life’s many milestones and special occasions for friends, family, and neighbors.

Two years later, we outgrew the backyard and began the exciting journey of growing on more land in Central New Jersey. This has gifted us with opportunities to build our small family business and spread the joy of locally grown flowers to so many. We grow beautiful blooms using organic and regenerative practices so that our friends and neighbors have the option to source flowers from a local grower.

About the Grower

Stacy began her growing journey several years ago when she spent her weekends and summer months volunteering at a local organic CSA for two seasons. She was inspired to establish a CSA flower and vegetable garden in her community which took root in 2018. For six years with the support of hardworking CSA members, this organically and regeneratively-farmed garden flourished. Stacy’s dream of having a flower farm developed during the years of managing the community garden. In 2024, she began her journey of growing organic cut-flowers, and she hasn’t looked back.
